Yeah, I had one of these. Orange? I wish. Yellow? Not even close. White? If only. Nope. My stackhat was bright frikken fluro green. So not only did I look like a mushroom, I looked like a mushroom that had just stacked into a load of TMNT mutagen ooze. I had to stack on weight and get braces, just to detract from my helmet (at least, that's the story I'm sticking with anyway).
And yeah, those things were hot as hell in the summer.
I recently tried to put mine on when I visited my parents. Lucky I checked under the lining inside first, otherwise I might have had the extra protection of a layer of white-tail spiders to go with the foam.

The good news is they bought me a larger LCD monitor at work. The bad news is I have my back to my boss a lot of the time. So sneaky emails are kept to a minimum. Sorry guys.

I had the egg yolk yellow. I loved it. I discovered that if I wore a peaked baseball style hat underneath it looked as though I had a Rebel speeder-bike helmet from Endor. That was sweet.

Thanks for the info mate.
The bike shop dude said I could take his personal BLT home (coz he's trying to sell it), but I just road it in a park nearby to the shop which had a mix of terrain
